Yesterday Senator Julie Rosen (R – Fairmont) and Representative Jenifer Loon (R – Eden Prairie) introduced the Cigarette Uniformity Act to address a problematic loophole that allows “little cigars” to skirt the same regulations placed on cigarettes.
