It’s been rumoured for months, but now there appears to be the first photographic evidence that Amy Winehouse is back with bad-boy lover Blake Fielder-Civil. The couple were caught recently enjoying a secret rendezvous at Blake’s new home in Sheffield, according to Heat magazine. The publication has printed this picture on the cover this week, under the banner ‘Back On’. But those closest to them are said to be concerned that this is a backward step for the former drug addicts. Last week, we asked what our readers thought about the smoking scenes in the 3D Avatar and in movies in general. As a firm anti-smoker I’m usually first to be up-in-arms on spotting a sneaky cigarette displayed anywhere in the mass media. The workplace smoking ban was brought into my home country in 2004 and since then most smokers and non-smokers alike in Ireland consider indoor smoking pretty unacceptable. Jackson’s Doctor Negotiating With Prosecutors

A lawyer for the doctor who was treating Michael Jackson at the time of his death said Thursday that the doctor planned to surrender to face charges. “We are presently negotiating with the District Attorneys’ office,” Ed Chernoff, a lawyer for Dr. Conrad Murray, said in a statement posted on his law office’s Web site Thursday morning.
